If you are looking to a hold a meeting in Newcastle city centre, then look no further than Event Northumbria. Located in the heart of Northumbria University campus, we are centrally located to host your meeting or event.

We have three well-equipped training rooms, which can accommodate between 12 and 40 delegates. Each room has built in AV facilities, which are incorporated into the hire cost. AV Facilities include, Computer and projector, Smart Board available in some rooms, Teleconferencing facility on request as well as Wi-Fi throughout.

We can provide hospitality and catering for your meeting – with a wide selection of menu options to choose from as well as Starbucks branded coffee. In addition, if you fancy a post event drink, we have licensed on site bars for you to enjoy.

If you need a meeting room, which is on the smaller side, then we have three separate break-out rooms that can accommodate groups of up to five, these can be used as a pop-up office, smaller meeting room or as an additional space for your event.

These venues are available to hire 7am – 11pm each day (subject to availability).
